1. This is the first and most important thing to remember, Age II is a LONG TERM game. Months and YEARS will be spent on it. Keep this in mind.
2. When a player caps a hero the hero sits as captive until it is persuaded.
3. Sometimes players don't have the medals to persuade it. Some players have very low activity accounts because they are BUSY and cannot farm 50 level 10's per day like you just to get some justice medals to persuade a hero. It may take them 3 months to get the medals required. So it is VERY FAIR that the hero can sit in their captive area until they get enough medals.
4. If someone cannot game for 2 months because they need to run to Germany for a work assignment they will not lose the heros they paid for AND CAPPED just because they cannot game at the time.
Think about what you are asking? You cap a hero and it is captive. You cannot persuade it because you need 5 more justice medals. Your alliance knows you just capped it. Congrats. So do the spies. The same hour after you cap it a enemy sows discord or colonizes you and takes the captive hero from your feasting hall.
So like I said, settle down. Chill out. Stop the coffee. Players are entitled to have inactive or low activity accounts because life happens and they cannot game 5 hours per day or not at all for an extended period of time. This is Age II.
