The only piece of advice you give to gain materials is to do anti-col quests. Which you, yourself say are bugged.

So how exactly is your guide beneficial? Think about it........................ you would get more infomation by clicking Issues Commission Quest in the game than you get from this 'guide' You said that some of the Commission Quest features are still buggy..... some=getting coins from it. Thats the main feature.. and it's broken.
