Spare Body Parts

Righto I am always askin my mates fer a spare knee that they don't need.
So I want to know what body parts you would like a spare of, and the reason why you want it, (I get all lower limb joints) it can be anything at all just remember that we do have some younger ones here so not to graphic in your detail or what is wrong with said body part. Here I'll start:

I need a new knee, hip and ankle because mine are stuffed and are always cracking popping and hurting so it's a pain in the bum to walk long distances.
