For convenience, I labeled your arguments with numbers.
1. I do too, although it seems to be the only idea you would like not to change. Why is that?
2. If so, what's the point of being a Presbyter if you have active Vice-Hosts and an active Host? There's nothing to do. This would create some fun. Also, I think there should be varying levels of accessibility the Host can set.
3. If so, what would be the point of having a Top Ten alliance with 100 members? Bragging rights? If you have 100 members and are the #1 alliance you should get a reward. Also I didn't say that the alliances would take up historicals. New ones would be created.
4. The truce should stop all attacks made AFTER the truce is applied. Incoming attacks should still hit.
Agreed. 4. and I like 3.
If a vice-host is up late at night and somebody attacks another member, the vice host should be able to see when the attack will hit them and the ability to send a report to the player saying something under the lines of:
(insert position here) (insert name here) saw an attack to (insert city name here) and wanted to notify you that it will hit at (insert time here).
If you're a Vice Host, there should be other things in place to keep you from quitting and starting your own, since the Host would be upset that he/she promoted you then you left.
