I am eighteen years old and I am currently working on my first book on the Carolingian Franks. It was hard to choose a topic for this current project with my many interests in history. Some possible choices were: Renaissance warfare, the Thirty Years' War, the reign of Louis-Philippe I of the Bourbon-Orleans cadet branch, and on the French Revolution. I finally chose the Carolingian Franks, and on their decline and fall.
