It's been 4 days since I first reported my problem and followed every step needs to be done like getting a ticket and mailing the customer service etc..
Apparently I didn't even got a human response about it,and I'm sure the 2 mails I got from Evony is an automated response which most of you get when you have a problem..
I had 2.15 Billion(2 Billion and 150 Million) Experience in my hero which has been lost due to an overflow Glitch...
It was really hard to get this experience in about 3 weeks and I'm trying to be cool and don't get mad or angry cause I understand that maybe they're busy fixing other problems,but 4 days is quite enough for giving me an info about the progress or what's needs to be done, but nothing from that happened...
