Should Human cloning should be permitted

We should not allow it. I have one word for you: Eugenics.

However, it will happen.
Human cloning is an inevitability. The only question is if it will happen in this century, or if it laws can stave it off. There will never be 100% agreement between all countries on any cloning laws. There will be some haven, somewhere, that will allow a home to scientists that wish to clone humans. It's going to happen.
