first off it is not a case of whining as some of the ignorant have said. i was advised to post it to get feedback from other players that have had or are having the same or similar issue.
Seond it is not a matter of if i like the game or not, IT IS a matter of spending money on a game and getting little to NO support from the ppl of the game.
so before you go popping off at the mouth, and acting like your some internet badass how about you offer help or better yet keep your mouth shut as you are only making yourself look like a jackass.
it was simple thread to get some advice on something i may not have tried. simple as that.
*Waits for answers to his 4 questions*
Everyone needs to watch what they say and how they say it, or an unnamed moderator may see fit to close this thread as to end the argument.
I don't know what to suggest other than look at these threads and see if any of it works:

This user came to me with the problem and we went through the whole cache-clearing, type an address into the browser thing. I honestly don't know what the problem is, but I've seen some great answers coming from forum members (Acer5200, neko lord, etc.) and thought they might be able to help him faster than a ticket would. Don't troll him, please. If you can't help, get the heck out of the thread.
I haven't looked at this thread, specifically, but I'll be honest and say that I'm frustrated by the lack of updating of the problem.
I truly have been in the industry. I do understand the potential problem that can arise if you (Evony) are needing to deal with another party (such as Global Crossing, Cogent, etc...) and they just keep batting it back as not their issue. I understand that "DD" in this context does not mean "Dearest Daughter", but "Delivery Date", and that said DD (aka SDD - service delivery date) can get moved on you by the telco in question due to unforseen difficulties... and etc, etc, etc...
It really would be great if there could be a summary of what has been attempted and what efforts are still ongoing from your side.
As for the rest of us customers of Evony:
Stop the silly bickering. There's no need for LOL pictures, trolling, flaming each other, etc... If you are "sick" of people "whining" about problems that in some cases have gone on for 2-3 weeks now, then maybe you should ignore those users, or have some self-control as to not post flames / flame-baits / trolls...
I don't know about a "bug when you purchase cents"...
What I'm going to suggest is the same thing I've suggested with the other thread:
Use a Proxy Server. By using a proxy server, you leave your computer's hard drive and other programs as it is. If you are able to connect when you use a proxy server, but are not able to connect when you use your normal connection, then it eliminates your computer as the source of the problem, and points to a networking issue.
http://www.proxyleech.com/
That site will give you lists of proxy servers and instructions that should help you get it going.
Note: This does carry a risk of exposing private data to a 3rd party, so you should absolutely clean out all the cache and cookies before attempting it. Further, do not sign onto your bank account, credit card account, email account, or any other site containing private information while using it. Only use the proxy for testing to see if it enables you to get signed onto Evony.
Also, for those timid / scared of using a Proxy, I'm 95%+ sure you can use a proxy in one browser, say Firefox, dedicated to testing whether or not it helps you sign onto Evony, but still use Internet Explorer or another browser for your banking / shopping / emailing activities, which would not be set up to use a proxy.
The absolute safest is to delete cache and cookies, use a proxy to test with Evony ONLY, delete cache and cookies again after testing, and remove the setup to the proxy server.
