One of the main problems of this current place is srz bizness threads gets de railed and all the wanna-be trolls jump on the bandwagon until the thread is burned with fire.

It seems that's only true on these forums.

Most of the other one's I've seen that have politics and religious discussions don't start with:

"I think that democracy is the best form of government...."

and end with:

"WELL SCREW YOU, YOU DIRTY COMMUNIST!"

like they do here.

Agreed. And if it does become a flame war, the person/people involved receive an infraction. If it happens again, they got kicked off the Politics group(like On-Topic and Seriously off-topic groups).

Hm, makes the forum look pretty bad. Though if it remains in the Seriously Off-topic forum then we shouldn't have any problems because only mature posting is allowed? The moment a member attempts to troll, flame or derail a thread they can simply be removed from the usergroup. The thing is, there is a core of good posters on this forum and it just feels a tad unfair that the administration doesn't give them a chance to discuss these topics since i'm quite sure they can debate them without it getting out of control.
