He wants not to realistic, not to fantastic. So I would say he wants a sig that looks like something out of a more realistic scifi movie.
As for colours, just gradient map it when you are done to get it the specified colors.
Oh, and I recommend for stock you use either moon or planet concept art. Usually wallpapers work well, once you fix the colours.

#1: I am a man of my word.
#2: Something bluish, but add purple elements into it, with a hint of red. However, make sure that it's not feminine. Remember, I'm going for something epic, not something to make the ladies mistake me for another one.
#3: More abstract, but if I see a Picasso, I'll scream like a girl and die.
#1: Sorta-kinda...again, something epic, abstract, but not too wierd.
#2 Excellent. Remember though, mix the dark blue with a little purple, and THEN blend the other colors into the gradient map. Trust me, you'll love the way the blue itself comes out afterwards.
#3 Doesn't necessarily have to be a planet. Cosmic Fury was the theme. It doesn't mean necessarily a planet, or even space. I'm giving you wiggle room here, while being pickier than a koala with his tree.
Hello.
Just wondering if you could make me a signature.

O.O Bright!!!
Make it darker, and make the script more of an italic sort of thing...and it'll be perfect!!! Also, please add a bit more purple--I am going for darker colors, like on my current sig.
*also, I would avoid the logos. Yeah, I'm uber picky, but I promise I'll wear that siggy for a week!*
