Hmmmm... President? Nah. Prime Minister? Nahah! Leader? Weeeelllll...... Marcus Tullius Cicero was a leader somehow, right? He was after all the prime counsul in 63 BC.
I'd say him only because of his bravery. He decided to go against (rather sold himself to the nobles, but that does not matter) the three most powerful men in Rome; Pompey(Is it spelled correct?), Crassus and Caesar. And he survived them all! Until... Augustus and Aurelius and Lepidus came though. X.X
