i tested with a single catapult in a city on NA9

Like every other unit on NA9, they eat 50% of what they did in age 1
In age 1, catapults eat 250
In age 2 on NA9, they eat 125, however, its displayed as 1250

If they eat 1250, your 60k catapults would consume 75 mill per hour. But seeing as they actually eat 7.5 mill, fits in with the "50% of age 1 value" standard
