Its an extension of the king queen quest i believe it activates once you get your 8 and 10(correct me if i am wrong as i am not in the menu currently)...but you get 2 SR Guides and 2 Inter Guides(and 15k prestige woohoo) for a 14 and cant remember what you get for a 12.
