These are some ways you can never get freedom from a suzerain. Those hoping to uprise, read this will not help.
1. Teleport ELSEWARE: This will not free you.
2. Sending vulgar messages to suzerains: This may just make him laugh.
4. Send all troops as soon as you get them: -_-
5. Skipping number 3.
6. Eating a sandwich.
I kid you not, #6 caused me to be colonized.

lol number 2 can also be expanded to, "I know this is a war game but can you please set me free!!" then you take their 2nd city and claim "im only protecting you more!"
