if it were possible to travel backwards in time then there would have been proof eg.visitors or technology (unless its being hidden from us! CONSPIRACY)

and we know that forward travel is possible (besides just living) by moving really fast but we do not have the technology to get even close to the speed of light yet (unless..... CONSPIRACY)
