possibly Leadership is a bit overvalued here tho. It also depends on where you use them for, so it's a bit situational.

Ehh.. leadership is way too overvalued. The only way leadership is a factor is if your defending, uprising, or fighting a suression battle. Great players will rarely have to face attacks that worry them. Suppresion battles might be the biggest reason for needing a high leadership hero. As soon as I get back I'll change around the formulas a bit.
