    I couldn't dissagree more.

Age II is more complicated true, but it is in a way that allows far greater options for creativity.

The possible strategies are endless. I have seen so many and no doubt there are many more to come.

age 1 is most defiently better. there is a lot to hate about age 2 but what i hate about it the most is the part where you can use items to decrease someone's hero's attack level or what ever it was. that makes the rich man dominate the game which is unfair in this time being, every part of the world is in a recession. i rather pick a more even playing field than the rich man will win more than the poorer man.

What are you talking about? As far as I know there is no item to lower your oppontent hero's attack... I would argee that some of the stratagems are like cheats for coiners, but there isn't anything to lower anybodys hero's attack.

Ironically, I would use the line "we have free cookies, and milk if you want" in a mail when I told somone to join my alliance or get crushed....

I would Play age 1 because you can work with great alliances to terrorize your enemies. I dont care for age 2. Its to much of flashy game.

2K cav per day is the best you can do. That's not a lot lol. Resources, about 25M food and a small amount of the rest. That's 8 LVL5 farms.

At a certain point in the game, it simply isn't worth your time to even get this from FaceBook. It's just nice for starting empires.

Working together to terrorize your enemies is exactly what Age II forces you to do. At any time, a Historical city that can draft from your cities can be captured by enemies. This gets highly interesting when people start capturing 14s-16s. That is on top of the colonization system. The colonization system only doesn't allow you to capture other people's cities to clear entire areas from red flags.

So instead of removing enemy cities, you now have to dominate them with Historical Cities or Colonization. You cannot force them to move. Your enemies will stay a threat because they cannot be forced to move. And then there's always the threat of them capturing a Historical City in your home state, to dominate you back. The attack button is also very much present in Age II, you can attack and capture Historical Cities.

I simply don't see how Age I players don't see the beauty of it. All they do is play Age II for 2-3 weeks, cannot barb the noobs next to them and quit.

Age II is so much more dynamic and creative... if only you can see past the surface
