    Yep Im back to complaining as well. Got the letter its been over an hour and no coins, no letter saying please forgive the delay. I want to be compensated now, this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

    great...no cents and now i get booted from my acct and cant get in.

    I can't log in either. Though I'm not sure this is a specific issue with those of us who haven't recieved our coins.

    I checked my account and it still says the transaction is "upcoming". Thus, I had to make my 2nd ticket, as they failed to deliver in the hour as promised.

    I am completely in shock that a business has customers who have paid for goods, waiting like this. Not to mention promising, in writing, to deliver the goods within an hour, and fail to come through.

    At this point, I'm more embarrassed for the customer service team, than upset about the money.

    I am logged in, the server reset, no coins. I also sent my 3rd letter out to them after they didnt deliver in the 1hr time frame. I am very upset and shocked at evony.

    Well its been well over 12 hrs now since I purchased my cents and well over 3 hrs since I was promised them by customer services.
    The way I see it is I either spend my holiday on evony or just throw in the towel regarding my account.
    And still no one has come up with a reasonable explanation as to why I have not received goods paid for all Ive had is an automated message which failed to follow through.

    12 hours later, but I finally received my package. No compensation for the wait, but I really didn't expect any based on past practices by Evony anyway.

    I'm sitting at 6 hours+ myself. Starting to consider canceling the Debit Card payment. If they ban me they ban me. I'll take my money elsewhere. A status update would cool some nerves I think. At least let us know someone's working on it, and not some canned response "We're aware of the problem", but everyone's gone home for the night. People are paying real money for something that's not being delivered.

    Finally my package has arrived.

    Best of luck to the others, in getting your packages asap. It's unfortunate this had to happen...
