    Default compensation for waiting on cents

    well any other time i have directly paid for something and not got it right off i have been compensated for my wait..it has now been 7 hrs since i gave evony/reagan mercantile 35.00USD..and i havent recieved anything in return...pllz take into consideration my agony of having to wait to recieve my goods

    still waiting as well, no mails, no feedback but the standard mail they send out every time. Really dont care to get anything, just my cents or my money back, no worries. Can somebdoy respond to this or buying cents is not the way to go anymore ?

    been there read that im just sayin i would like to b compensated for my wait time..no mattter if it's evony cents or mcdonalds cheeseburgers if i pay u and don't get my services when i was told i would get them then i should b a/ reimbursed b/ compensated for my wait time c/ given my cents when i was told i would get them...you pick 1

    I absolutely agree compensation should be given. I don't need it, nor will I be upset if I don't get it. However, being in the customer service industry for 15 years, I simply feel it's right to compensate your paying customer for not providing them with goods or services they have paid for.

    I understand the folks a Evony have had a long day. That being said, that is not the customer's fault, nor should they feel the backlash from the Evony team in any capacity.

    It will be interesting to see what Evony's committment to customer service is all about. It seems it is being put the test, to be sure.

    Evony customer service isn't that good.

    I just hope that I don't recieve the 1 cent for $30 dollars the upcoming transactions is showing at the moment ... Not cool at all
