There will be no compensation though because Evony doesn't care about us indvidually. There is enough of a customer base that the few of us that actually speak are mind are ignored. If they had a smaller client base than they would be more interested in keeping us happy.
Obviously as shown with the lack of communication they take our business for granted. If wasn't for the people I have met through this game I would have left it long ago.
Ignored? Try BANNED. Had a player in the forums get banned a while back for posting solid proof on several issues. Though he did get a lil snippy with the mods, no reason he should've been banned. They dont like something someone post that would make the company look bad, so they "eliminate" the problem.

Come to think of it... Nope, not at all.
In fact, a couple of years ago, I was at some empty little Chinese restaurant with a few friends. We ordered, and didn't get served until about 5 complaints and 2 hours after we had ordered. They didn't even apologize for the late service....
There's more to it than that. Stop trying to twist the reality of the situation into your own little Evony bashing fantasy.

Not bashing evony at all or twisting a situation. Now, Im sure there were some heated pm's sent by both parties, but I cant see those. Player noticed problem, player gave solid info on what problem causes and how to fix it, player tells dev's to do their job, player banned.

We don't discuss moderator actions in public. To do so would be frighteningly gauche, like belching in front of the Queen. I can tell you that we use evidence based moderation here.
I think it's understood that everyone gets a bit frustrated when glitches happen, but it's always a case of reporting and trying to calmly wait for that win-win resolution.
Of course, the difference in that case, is that after 2 hours of waiting for an order, you had the choice to get up and walk out of the restaurant without giving them any money. Unless this was some weird restaurant where you pay cash up front....
In this case, they have our money.
I like the analogy I used better. You ask for a bottle of water hand the clerk the money, he rings it through, then when he goes to grab your ater, realizes they are out. "Don't worry" he says. "It's not like you don't have your reciept, you will still get what you paid for." All you have to do is sit and wait to quench your thirst until the store gets more water.
