Wrong. I still use my ghost cities. Yes, some of my troops got recalled but only from cities that were not at 100% food production. Now those players are building more farms and ramping up food for the ghost cities. So I'm still good there. No troops will be drafted unless they catch them coming out of training and I have not had time to send them to my ghost cities.
Besides, you and others were all over my case about troops NOT going to refuge as being a BUG. Dawnseeker just clearly stated it was not a bug and that troops NOT going into Fugitive Camp is a core mechanic of Age II.
So, where is my apology?
You too Mr MgGoo. Where is my apology? You, spawn and others were all on my nuts telling me that it's a bug and I am exploiting the fact that troops do not go to fugitive cap/refuge. So, if you still want to say that it's a bug, ok. But glad to know that it is not. So upwards and onwards with my plans.
Have a happy and joyus time fellas. Because now that I know my troops won't die or go to Fugitive camp with zero food, life is good. Life is back where it was. And you know what? It all makes perfect sense. Say for example I go away on a 2 week vacation or on a 1 week business trip. I don't need to worry about my troops dying or going to refuge/fugitive if food is at zero. So I won't waste weeks or months of troop building. And if I am worried about my troops getting recalled from my ghost cities while I am away for 2 weeks, simple, I build a new city, jam ALL my troops into it and teleport it to some secret location. Then recall it when I get back from my vacation. Problems solved.
