Thanks for the clarification Logrus. Yes, If troops were pushed to Fugitive camp and eventually left/died due to no food then it would be really hard on players who need to step away from the game and go on a vacation or business trip. Come back and all your troops are gone.
Food is a great army size limiter. You guys took away the ability for players to make NPC's which can be farmed for massive food which in turn can support massive armies. So by taking away player made NPC's you are limiting our food intake which in turn limits our army sizes. So no need to add a further limiter by pushing troops into Fugitive camp if food hits zero. Things are well balanced for now. I agree.
