Clouds are not alive. The are made of small particles of water that have evaporated or sublimes into the atmoshphere, then condensed into a mass of white fluffyness, that we know as clouds.
I do not beleive that it is possible for clouds to communicate. It is the same as saying rocks talk or rivers speak. Sure, clouds can follow patterns though. Nature is all about patterns. For example, things grow, reproduce, then die. The system repeats. What is this? A pattern. Rivers start in the mountains, flow into he ocean, evaporate, then the water condenses, precipitates and falls back into the mountains. Once again, a pattern. Clouds are no different than rocks, or fire. They are particles of condensed water in the air, so if clouds can indeed talk, then you are saying water can too.
