Here is the big point, they are not saying this is intelligent communication. It is a cause and effect which brings about a synchronization of patterns. To date clouds are still a big mystery to our scientific community, it's only been in the past 20-30 yrs that we have been able to start to understand them. As you can see, the mystery still continues and we are still uncovering it bit by bit.


For the future, I think the more we can understand about clouds the closer we get to understanding weather as a whole. No it's not the holy grail of understanding weather. But it is yet another step to understanding and possibly being able to predict weather with accuracy. This data compiled with atmospheric electrical data, thermal currents and plasma release data can change the way we look at weather.
