Though option B was the most popular with just over 49%, it was hardly the vast majority of votes though. By mixing the two options, they were able to use the feedback of over 85% of the players that posted in that thread, and voted.
There is also the feedback that is collected through social networking sites; through the customer service system; through the forum; communicated privately to the staff; and numerous other ways.
Any change implemented would have been done with great consideration and only after having taken the thoughts and concerns of the players in mind when making the change.

B. An arm

35% vote for leg, 64% vote for an arm, and 1% votes for the head.
You respond by cutting off both an arm and a leg.
Yeah, I can see the logic there. Well it was what we wanted afterall.....
Absolutely nowhere did anyone suggest reducing ALL drafting to 5%, so I cannot see how you can you can possibly state that any change implemented would have been done with great consideration and only after having taken the thoughts and concerns of the players in mind when making the change.
Also, the vote was "NPC Drafting Change Proposals", since when were player-owned cities NPCs? No mention was made of any change to drafting from players yet it was implemented nonetheless, where was the feedback for this?
