On age 1 intell gives a percentage boost to life
On age 2 it gives a boost to def and since the max def on a troop is 500 because other wise a very powerful intell hero could make troops invincible
So in a way intell is capped
By the way def reduces the damage done so 500 def halves the damage done to the troops
Some troops like phract can be maxed on def fairly easily

I dont have any pics But from my 14, i sent 150k Warriours to a 10 i won(800 attack 75 int), lost approx 90k warriours, (yes warriours) i put the same hero, (600 Int 200ish attack) I lost 123k, It seems the higher the Attack or Int is, attack is gunna be better, But For instance if ur smashing warriours against 12s/14/16s maybe should think about using Int/attack Heroes for Best Life/Attack Ratio, i cant beTesting where or if anywhere i could get less losses on a 10, some useful info maybe or me rambling
