Right.. please read this (I'll type slowly just for you) and maybe you'll understand this time....
1. Only reason to have a higher Rally Spot is to capture higher lvl HCs. HCs are now useless, and so is your point.
2. No-one in their right mind is going to waste 36 Mich scripts to upgrade resource fields in a Historical City, especially when they can get far more resources farming NPCs. So they're now useless, and so is your point.
3. IF an HC owner keeps NO troops of their own in the HC and has it reinforced by their alliance those troops CANNOT be drafted. So a lvl 14 or 16 HC owner CANNOT now draft from NPC HCs or player-owned HCs. So they're now useless, and so is your point.
4. HCs are not required to establish "Lordship" over an area. So they're useless now, and so is your point.
We said that the warriors were useless in regards to attacking other players and defending the HC. They are in fact useful for farming NPCs to feed the troops required to keep the HC defended.
So to sum it up... Historical cities cannot be ported, cannot draft, can be captured by other players, cost a large amount of troops to capture (which cannot be recouped), are not included when a player truces or goes into holiday mode, and in the minds of those that own them are now useless.
If I missed anything please point it out........
