Age II Beginners Overview

Spawn, this is for absolute beginners.
you guys can't understand it because to you it makes no sense. Why? Because you have already went to "school" and 2+2 is way too easy for you. You are in advanced calculus. But absolute beginners don't even know what 2+2 is.

So to a complete beginner it really helps.

Note: If you DO NOT want the cities you work hard to build up destroyed by others, then be sure to play on an Age II server that does not allow the capturing of player made cities.

18 Farms

Lol just lol. I wouldnt even mind 50/50 Lumber/Iron... but 18 farms is a joke.

It is a good idea to build a level 9 Academy in each city and "research" each item in the academy up to level 10 EXCEPT for Privateering and Stockpile.

Every good player knows that Stockpile is a great research. Japanpimp does not know that Stockpike increases capacity limit.

You will need to use lots of warriors to farm/hunt for medals.

Once you have your 4 cities built up to level 9 everything

level 9 marketplace? level 9 relief station? lvl 9 inn?

As troops finish training use the troops to attack Level 5-9 Barbarian cities.

Right away... ur first farming... NPC5-9s?

In your feasting hall only keep 1 political hero and 3 attack heros

So... if you come across a good ATT hero in the inn, you dont recruit because you rather have crap heroes?

Woldere, you are picking apart the guide just like Spawn because the both of you are very advanced players.
It is hard for you to understand how a completely new player views things.
The overview does not help them to be a bad player. It gets them started and on the right track. When they are ready to be an advanced player then they can read up on other guides that explore things like farming, resource cities, war cities, capping a king/queen, historic heros, historic cities, leveling up heros, etc...

I know you think that only yourself, Spawn, Satan and a couple of others are allowed to write guides and overviews. But you need to take it down a notch and understand that your level is far too advance for new players. It's like you are a trying to teach someone totally new to shooting a gun how to double tap. I am not doing that. I first want to teach them the purpose of a gun, how to be safe, how to hold it, how to aim properly and that cleaning is important. I am not trying to explain each part of the gun, how to break it down and put it back together nor how to double tap or self load their ammunition... nor tactical shotgun concepts.

You get them started on the wrong track, I think i will have to make a suggestion on for there to be a option to remove bad guides, the best thing moderators could do is delete this guide, as it is complete rubbish.

You have no idea how to actually play the game to the most basic of level, players starting the game after only a few hours could have a lot more skill in it, this guide is a clear example of that.

Your talking out your arse, this guide is not a guide, its a bad players knowledge on how to be a noob.

In case you don't understand you have become the laughing stock of this community, your doing your self a great injustice by posting things like these, everyone is laughing at you and it is just sad.

I Seriously don't care if you talk crap, that's all you seem to do but making bad guides for players to be horrible at the game is only going to kill it off fast.

Get Over Yourself Japanpimp.. Seriously there is many guides already out there with plenty more knowledge for complete new players.

Now When evony changes something that impacts negatively on the game of course people are going to comment with outrage, my server is quickly dying now, something that is happing to many of the earlier age2 servers, so yes we will complain so things change to be better.

Everything you basically post is garbage, but your entitled to you own view, even if it is garbage, just stop trying to impose your way of thinking on to everyone.

Actually, there is plenty of reason to attack this guide. All the advice in it goes against what is good for a new player. As I stated in my previous posts, when I was a noob, I was not fortunate enough to know there was a forum or guides. I learned a lot on my own, and I knew from the start not to do a lot of the things in your guide.

I really do feel fortunate that as a noob I did not come across this guide. Though, had I, I would have seen the negative feedback and moved onto a different guide.
