Freedom Vs Security

Freedom and Security in the case refers exclusively to freedom from the government. As security means freedom from your fellow man.

I like to believe that my fellow man is my government.

How can I decide which is more valuable? Freedom in some instances is more valuable while security in other instances is more valuable.
