    I would also like to add that it's not 83 people required to pull the release to launch. There are ammo teams to reload, winch teams to reset the pulleys, and horses to pull the structure. You can consider the 18 food of a cavalry unit to be 15 food for the horse and 3 food for the rider. If there's a team of 12 horses and 23 men, that would still be near the 250 mark.

    It doesn't matter what "story" you want to put behind the upkeep cost to explain the final number. The numbers are what Evony considers to be best for the "balance" it wants.
