I have noticed the argument degrades into "they didn't tell us" when all else fails. This is illogical and really defies logic. Exploits whould be addressed as soon as they become issues, with or without notice. In fact, I think no notice for exploits is just fine. Those who exploit don't deserve notice becuase the tremenedous benefits they have enjoyed outscale any " no notice" inconvenience. I have no sympathy.
Now, back on topic.
Tech support. If I make my request in Chinese would that help? Im sure I can find a translator online.
