Even though spam is against the rules. Sometimes a good spam thread is what the forum needs. People blow off steam, and have some mindless fun. The mods let it run it's course, and THEN close it.

You think they would give the mods the power to Moderate all parts of the forum that members are allowed to post/Start threads in. Obviously their main Priority would be to Moderate their own Sections, but for something like this Thread. It would be beneficial seeing as the mods cant all be online, all the time.
Just my 2 cents on proper Management

Personally, I'm very pleased that the mods have learned the rules to the game... and have chosen an attrition strategy. It's entirely possible that this entire thread will simply pass the two week mark and go inactive on its own.
The Mods would win without even trying. How's that for genius?
