This company is doing fine imo. These so-called radical changes are nothing compared to some of what the top MMOs do. I just hate to see a game like this fall into the hands of the complainers and become a true mess. For now I think its doing fine
A lot of the complainers would have gone away quickly on the medal issue if the Devs had said the following:

"We are aware that the medal drop rates are broken and ask for your patience as we determine the best way to fix the problem."

Something similar expressing as a final word their satisfaction with the current situation would probably help a lot, and would tell the whiners "this is the way it is going to be. You are free to make your own decision whether to continue to spend your time on this free game."


I don't see an issue with this one thing. If you were counting on barbarians to instantly regenerate their supplies then you were relying on an artificial situation that everyone ought to have known would be fixed in the name of game balance at some point.
