And yet when I tried to achieve the exact same thing in the other thread you said I was trolling it? I just say it straight, I've seen too much to go the "oh I'm so sorry to disturb your holiday but can you please look into the poor paying customers' problems, pretty please?" route.
I pretty much agree with VuLMz, though; it's rarely worked this way. And I'm from the original server 8 (now n1) on Age I, so I've been here long enough to know. I know a few people from my alliance has also mailed/reported to evony and are still waiting for at least some kind of assurance. Mind you, they're not even asking for immediate action, just simple assurance.
