lol i would argue against you on the first account while i applaud you for the second. would you allow a few bad experiences or accounts of humanities capabilities of depravity color your view of the whole? is there not evidence enough to show that humanity strives for something better? that its coarse is an upward one? are there not enough people of good moral standing in the world to counter the evils of the few without?
or would you like Conrad paint the world as you would have it, lost to its own vices and flaws with no wish to strive for redemption?

The List
(yes, it's THE list, I'm not joking)
{AKA how men can be attractive}

-wear semi-tight jeans. Not skinny jeans, just closer fit. I generally wear either baggy jeans or the semi-tight jeans. Although I do prefer wearing khakis shorts.
-Logoed T's really make an impression. Go for Burton, Volcom, DC, Element, Monster, etc. I wear any kind of t-shirt. From loose fitting, to form fitting, to sleeveless, etc... It looks like I have 2 elements and some american eagle my sisters got me...
-a nice pair of Nike running shoes or 6.0s are wonderful bam! I do track and generally have two pairs of running shoes, since they fit comfortable on me.
-Hoodies, flannel, or smart jackets are hawt I dislike wearing any kind of jacket, but if I had to, it would be a tough brown 100% cotton american eagle jacket.
-DON'T EVER over use the gel. Greasy is a no-no. Just a little is ok if you're going for the acdedental-on purpose look, or the spiked bangs Never used gel since I got semi long hair, so I just wash my hair in the morning and it naturally sets into position.
-cologne. Not too much but smell good, mkay? Gotta shave everyday, so the aftershave smell gotta cut it
-don't make too many jerkish comments. It's a turn off. Ha! I definitely do not do this in real life with people.
-Not too many piercings, please. A single earring is alright though. Very B.a. No jewelry for me, I'm a track athlete, jewelry gets in the way and i gotta constantly take it off.
-Necklaces are hot. Just a simple gold or silver chain though. Don't try to be a pimp, is not cool. See above
-a single ring is a nice touch. On the right hand preferably See above
-if you have a hairy back, get rid of the hair. Or something. Just... Make it unnoticeable Well, no hairy back
-A tan, maybe???? I worked at a flowershop all summer in the burning sun watering plants, yea I am tan. I also live near a beach and sometimes go there with friends.
-shave regularily. Stubble can be hot, but make sure it's nice stubble. Shave every day : )
-take a shower a day Yep, shower in the mornings to wake myself up
-have a sense of humor, but know when to quit. Don't overdo it. I was told I had a decent sense of humor
-be kind, thoughtful, but don't seem like a pretty boy all the time. I try to be the guy everyone likes, so if the person calls for a certain personality, I play it.
-go buy a motorcycle Nu huh. Not spending my money on a motorcycle.
-be yourself Who else can i be?
-and be good to your girl!!!! *dull face* thats a given.

Now a list for myself that I love to see in females.

-Great sense of humor
-Not shallow, judges everyone by personality first over appearances/disabilities
-Strong woman, can take care of herself
-Shows maturity and intelligence when spoken to
-Easy to talk to, knows a variety of subjects
-Calm and relaxed
-Active with everyone, friends, family, etc etc.
-Long hair, not terribly long, but not short either
-Tan/pale doesnt matter as long as it doesn't look fake or sickly respectively
-Average height would be preferred... I am 5'10/11" A good height would be from 5'4" to 5'7"
-Great smile even better when they are shy and hide it *cough cough*
-Athletic build, looks like a runner
-Eats ramen in a way to make me laugh
-Knows how to be serious when necessary, also knows when someone needs comfort and is willing to take some as well.
