i cant believe you!!! that is the most horrible thing i have ever read!! it is in NO WAY a solution to ANY THING!!!! i have never been so enraged by any poster her ever!! i refuse to believe that any sain thinking person would ever in their right mind give that kind of suggestion any merit what so ever let alone be serious about saying its a good idea. how can you be so crass and inhuman as to believe that that is in any way a "good idea" its a horrendous idea!!!!
i'll tell you why.

it removes all possibility for free will.
it purposefully contaminates what drinking water there is
there is rampit possibility for multiple problems to the local wild life and domesticated life there
there is no proven way to make it at all effective
ITS A HENIOUS IDEA THAT I HATE (granted thats a less rational reason then my others, but none the less valid)

how would you like me to put stuff in your water that takes a way your life choices???? hell its just as good an idea as dropping stick nine in the well and being done with them. IE ITS A TERABLE PLANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I said "If the local government agrees". This implies that the people of the area have also agreed... including the women of the area.
Please keep an open mind. Some cultures do things that you would think are 100 times more "horrific" than what I proposed. Try to understand that female mutilation is "normal" in some parts of the world. That selling 12 year old daughters to the "entertainment" industry is "normal". That eating other humans is "normal". That men killing women because they show their face in public is "normal". That men "force" women to have 10 children and keep 3-4 wives is "normal"... and most of all that these other cultures view American values as "crazy" and "silly" and "unbelievable". What? You mean you don't have 3 wives? What? You mean you don't feed your newborns goat blood? What? You mean you let women show their skin? What? You mean that you do not speep with 10 other women besides your 3 wives? What? You mean that you do not offer your wife as a present to a visiting guest so they can sleep with her? What? You don't kill people for sleeping together outside of wedlock? What? you don't make your 5 year old kids work in the mines and bring all the money home to you?

If you really consider what happens in other cultures around the world then you will notice our values and thinking and perspectives as Americans is completely different. So we cannot say what is and is not "crazy" or unacceptable for another area.
