I'm an age I player, and I know that war horns are multiplicative on age I. Are you sure you can just add 20 attack for war horns in age 2?

    +rep!
I shall come to you like a bear whose cubs have been ravished,
Like a lion I will devour your children and tear out their entrails,
And set upon you a ferocious beast who will consume you and your flocks,
And turn your fields into death. All will fear me!

+rep me if you like my suggestions/help

Yeah its quite weird but doesn't seem to actually work out like that, you work it out with it at 20% and it gives you bad values.

    Default Great job

I'm staroffice user. Spending moneys for 10 msoffice suites in this game before do not let me to upgrade to a new version of Excel.
I will be happy if someone will copy/paste just the entire combat formula even with M120 or what cells are, no matter for me. Thanks.

    I think it's a great job.
Some reports with results posted here for confirmation may be good also.

The only tech it allows for alteration at the moment is Iron Working, Medicine, and Military Tradition. The rest of it is currently hard coded to level 10 techs.

It could be re-written but will be a few days before i can get to it. I have been doing this at work and got behind on my work, so now i gotta put in some hours to catch up

Try to Find Microsoft Office Starter... its free and is office 2010 (with limited features)

Also, thanks to all for the feedback, i will look into the issues you are having, but most sound like they may be poor conversion to older excel or user error, as i cannot recreate the errors you are getting

Was just comparing to an actual battle and needed to do a few things.

For warhorn, I added 20%, not 20. I used 140% for attackers IW to account for corslet. Then multiplied the defending hero's attack by his leadership over the size of his archer stack (ie 75/133 for level 75 and 133k archer stack).

The attacker's still did a little more damage than the model predicted, but it is getting close.
