One thing that I have observed on the forum is the extreme frustration at lack of communication and server issues. I too am very frustrated by these things.
But one thing I notice is that we all tend to want to blame the devs.

We treat this game as a hobbyist project, like someone is arbitrarily just deciding to make stupid changes half-hazardly; but it is, in fact, a business. As in many businesses the devs probably have very little say about what gets done and when, these decision are probably made by management/investors with little or no understanding of the game and handed down.

The same can probably be said of the mods- they can only tell us what they know and what they are authorized to say. I only say this because I work for a company in web-design where this is an issue. The management makes stupid decisions without listening to what the experts have to say, and we have to take the heat for things that were not our choice.
I'm not saying that we should stop voicing out complaints- simply trying to add some perspective- the devs may be as frustrated as we are, but their hands may be tied by poor management.

Just a thought.
