Belarus + Russia (Belarus has no business being independent)
Romania + Moldova (Moldova could stand to be less Russian dominated)
Haiti + Dom. Rep (Good Lord, someone throw Haiti a bone)
Northern Ireland + Ireland (demography is destiny)
India + Bangladesh + Pakistan (Bangladesh is an environmental disaster waiting to happen and Pakistan is kinda a political basketcase)
China + Taiwan (obviously)

Countries that should be separated:

Belgium, into two parts and absorbed into France and the Netherlands
Actually I believe the Wallonia should be ceeded to France. Because historically, they were once part of France. They have the same climate, language, etc. And because they screw up our politics! Flanders should be an independent country though.
