They usually close it from experience when the issue is resolved or some sort of unique circumstance. If it is something known and there say working on t there is no real reason to continue it, they should have free will to close it.

Like a normal business. They fix bugs, you just dont see it because it is fixed lol.... The bugs that are known aren't too harmful to the game play, and most have an easy solution,


.if its a good bug like 0 food upkeep i would say just abuse it...they wont do anything...

I am not entirely sure if this is a bug, I think this was purposely put in there. Or they fixed something in like take food away from say your 2nd city.
