this method works yes.....but the thread is about player built npc's on flats that never had an npc there when the server was created...... these normally get removed and a little clarification on the time scale that these npc stick around for would be very handy.
i also have noticed player built npc hanging around while normally they get removed, i have built one next to a city on 2 servers to see how long they stay there.

well, i was told not to bother building a 5 to farm as it would vanish on next server reset. well, what tosh! 3 weeks on there still there!Including a few 10's to test, want to know how? pm me and no, no need for teles or other stratagems!
Why dont you just tell them how to do it?
OK here it is
The server only keeps NPC's that are server made, thus any NPC next to you that was server made wont be wiped out. So what do you do?
Have a free city slot, Conquer a nearby server madeNPC and teleport it somewhere randomly. After that, wait for the empty flat to reach the lvl u want, when reached, build a city and abadon it on that flat, then bam!, a permanent NPC
Last night, they wiped a lvl 10 right next to my city, i was in between a 10 and 12 and now i gotta make another one. >.< so annoying, wipe the innactives, not the npcs in my opinion
well evony had changed it so they stayed but like all good things they dont last forever
as for me i wont be spending anymore money on this because its too unreliable
they didnt evony never tells any 1 about the changes
where have you been lol
Then how do you know they changed things to stop NPC clearing and then reversed themselves?
How do you know it wasn't just Evony decreasing the frequency of sweeps?
You don't know without an announcement. You just assumed a change happened, but were incorrect in your assumption.
Thank you for proving my argument.![]()
well if you can prove that they decreased sweeps then do so
i would be much happier if you were right i like being able to farm npcs
