What you describe is true of any democracy at any time.
Hitler was not called a dictator for nothing...

Democracy is power to the people, all people in group. Te Nazi's were a very small percentage(Look it up, I can't remember) of the population, sort of like the Mod's are here. Hitler came to power through corrupt ways(More corrupt then typical politics...) so the type of democracy was thrown out the window.

Sorry if this is too touchy on the rules(SymboIron lol) but people actually provided good counter-arguments, for once.
