As a customer to Evony which my account information has purchased several packages from them makes Evony liable to customer service relations. Money spent via any websites have to uphold any TOS provided. If I dont receive a response soon I will have to be forced to go the next level in this. If they try to remove my account and remove any history they will have to show an explination to all pictures I have taken of my account history since we have to make purchases through a secondary website to obtain our goods EI: Moneybooks. So as in the decisive TOS they provide if they dont respond in a speedy fashion this time then they violated their own TOS and further action will take place.
