It was an example. A warning which is still on my profile. If I were to get, say, 100 "friendly" reminders, do you think at some point an admin or someone higher might cruise through, see my warnings and ban me? It is entirely plausible.

My point was about the rule "book" and how it is interpreted. It is strictly by the letter or is there leeway due to context and intent?
