hehehe yep - by my lastest count, over 50% with Noobs.

And to all the people who dont like my formatting, the idea is that I spent over 2 week getting all that data, Im thinking you wont mind spending 2 hours parsing it into a readable format for yourself

One question though... let's say I have a portrait of HH in player city, do I have a chance of capture on normal attack or I need to conquer the city or colonize?

Normal attacks work. If you do not get it in one of the normal attacks, you will when you conquer the city.

Only for NPCs. It is about 3% chance to capture hero per hit on a NPC, and 100% chance to capture it when the npc falls to you.

If owned by a player, you have to capture the city and there is only a small chance you can get it even then (depending on loyalty of the hero). Otherwise it goes into a npc and you have to capture it from there.

If you are on a legacy server and dont have the attack option to capture cities, then only chance you have is to colonize the city and hope that the player doesnt move it out before you can sow discord 8 hours later when suppression ends.
