And to think, the 500 member limit and infinate cities per member system of TW never took this much flak. The truth is, is that if you can't do a good job standing on you own, then no alliance can save you. Players need to be able to handle atleast 1 or 2 players at the same time. 3 is even better and even a neccessity at times. Alliances are there to divide the workload in a war, not to make up for a single members inability to defend themselves. Why would I ask my alliance mates to spend their troops to defend my cities, if I wasn't willing to defend it myself?
