    edit: fixed... unless sleep deprivation has me hallucinating and I totally missed something.

    7 girls = 14 legs
    7 fat cats in 7 packs on 7 girls = 343 fat cats = 1372 legs
    343 fat cats each has 7 kittens = 2401 kittens = 9604 legs

    Total = 10990 legs
