Your logic is flawed.. as you are implying there is logic to this game. If I were running an attack on a city I would be able to send enough Cats and Bal's to tear up a city. Constant barage that would tear down the walls so that troops would then rush in and attack when the walls were down. Now I have to worry about rocks coming out and chasing me down..
