you could just one shot ANY city on the map.

a little more realistic, ya? with a big enough army you should be able to one-shot anything. like if you threw enough soldiers of today at a city in one wave, you could take it over. its not like troops need transports to move and would therefore be limited to transport limitations. here(medieval ages) where soldiers are marching, limiting how many you can send at once makes no sense

many people BUY scripts so this would cut evony profit............also you did not answer what would a war ensign do? right now it allows you to send 25% more troops in a single wave, if there was no cap to the amount of troops you could send this very useful item has no effect

perhaps war ensigns are just gonna be obsolete then. big deal.
