I take it you don't even know the overflow glitch i am talking about, once u can a certain number of troops that have over ~2.2bil attack, then they CANT be hurt.

Give this to an attacker and bad things will happen.

perhaps instead of unlimited troop cap, 1 mil troop cap can be sent out in one wave
